Main Tasks:
-Setting in motion the administrative procedures at a Programme and project level relating to the calls, the depositing, and the technical instruction of the projects according to European Union regulations;
-Providing technical assistance and information to the entities who will stand as candidates within the framework of the calls of the Programme on the setting up of a project (composition of the partnership, budget, tasks, communication, administration) in collaboration with the other members;
-Assisting in the approved projects and in particular helping the lead partner concerning the contractual obligations to the Programme, the follow-up of the execution of the project, the drawing up of execution reports, and reimbursement applications;
-Assisting, accompanying, and following up the development of the operations carried out by the lead partner and the other beneficiaries of the projects;
-Assessing the results of the projects and preparing the respective reports;
-Proceeding to the organisation, compilation, analysis, and preparation of the assessment studies and reports of the Programme;
-Preparing the written consultation procedures for the Programming Committee concerning the applications for modifications presented for the projects (for instance budget modifications or proposals to extend the calendar, etc.);
-Collaborating in the drawing up of the Annual Programme Execution Reports;
-Contributing towards the preparation of the work and meetings of the Programming and Follow-up -Committees, together with the Transnational Partnership meetings;
-Ensuring that the reimbursement applications made by the main beneficiary are in keeping with the rules established by the Programme, and preparing the payment proposals for the -Administration Authority;
-Contributing to the process of the capitalisation of the project results and helping the preparation of their dissemination;
-Participating in the dissemination activities of the Programme
